Kurleigh serves as the Executive Officer Technology & Engineering at the Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago. He has over twenty years of leadership experience in technical and general management roles in the telecommunications sector for both regulators and operators across various markets in the region, including Trinidad and Tobago, Curacao, Barbados and the Windward Islands. Kurleigh holds a B.Sc in Electrical & Computer Engineering from UWI and an M.Sc. in Telecommunications from the University of Maryland. He is an avid cricket fan and soca music lover, and lives with his wife Tricia and their two sons in central Trinidad.
