Register a Minor

The Ministry of Digital Transformation is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of all personal information shared on this platform. All information gathered will be used exclusively for the Developers' Hub (D'Hub) initiative in accordance with the Terms and Conditions defined here and is subject to the provisions of the Data Protection Act, Chap. 22:04 of the Laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof, and the Privacy Policy defined here.

Personal details collected will be used to verify your identity and authority to act on behalf of your nominees for the programme. Before continuing, please ensure that you read and understand the following:

1. To register a minor you must must first register as a parent/ guardian.
2. You must be 18 years or older to register as a parent/ guardian.
3. You will need to have a valid Trinidad and Tobago National ID or Passport to complete the form.
4. The minor you are registering must be a Trinidad & Tobago citizen, residing on island, between the ages of 16-17, in order to access and use the D'Hub platform
5. You must be a birth parent or legal guardian as indicated on the minor’s birth certificate or legal guardian documentation In either case you will be required to submit proof of same. In the event that you do not hold proof of legal guardianship, you may use the template letter we have provided within the form to confirm your guardianship and consent.
6. The minor must have completed or must currently be enrolled in an ICT-related subject, course, club, or camp. You will be required to provide proof of this.
7. Both you and the minor will need valid email addresses to register
8. There will be a validation period of 2-3 business days for your registration to be processed.
